Feed Your Creative Soul
Make nature part of your life.
Make nature part of your life.
There’s a moment in early June when Colorado feels almost unruly—
when peonies open like they’ve been waiting all year to be seen,
when iris carve their silhouettes into the morning light,
when allium lift themselves skyward, delicate and defiant all at once.
Lawless Lessons lives in that moment
Tj McGrath will be guest teaching alongside Gina Schley, owner of SHEGROWS, to offer this two day retreat in early June. Tj is known for his sculptural design techniques, and Gina is known for her European Style Gardens and the story that emerges through the flowers. Together they have created a place where creativity feels wide open--where flowers become teachers, where storytelling is part of the art. This is the invitation.
The poet Mary Oliver once wrote, “Attention is the beginning of devotion”, a reminder that whatever we draw in close and truly see, we begin to more fully understand—and, in turn, are able to fully love.
This is the seed from which the idea for Love, Nature grew, and we’re excited to realize this vision of nature lovers gathering in the final luminous weeks of winter, notebooks in hand, to practice the art of seeing, within and beyond the self.
